Through breath, we'll journey to the space between the seen and unseen, and connect with the love and guidance from our ancestors and spirit helpers.

Drawing on nearly two decades of clinical experience alongside years of leading ceremonies and retreats, Sharon holds a container that is both solid and profound, honoring your own wisdom without judgment or control. An intuitive, self-led practice, Conscious Connected Breathing is grounded enough for those new to Breathwork, and deep enough for those ready to go further. No prior Breathwork experience is necessary. Come as you are, ready to breathe, release, and remember.

What if our bodies know more than we realize? Sacred Somatics explores the body’s natural intelligence and what can happen when we slow down, get out of our heads, and really listen. Part education, part demonstration, and part active participation, we’ll explore how somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, energy work, and intuition can support healing, integration, and a deeper relationship with ourselves.

We’ll also explore embodied channeling—a practice of surrendering into the body and allowing sensation, energy, intuition, and spontaneous movement to lead. Participants may experience shaking, stretching, intuitive movement, mudras, yogic-inspired postures, or other forms of expression that arise without being consciously directed. You’ll be invited to experience the practice in your own body and explore it not only as a tool for well-being, but as a pathway to inner knowing and connection with the sacred within.

Many spiritual traditions describe certain times as liminal—moments when the boundary between the seen and unseen feels a little closer. During Día de los Muertos, this idea takes on special meaning as we remember and honor those who have passed.

The Wisdom Beyond is an experiential workshop that invites you to explore that space through intuition, reflection, and connection. Through two guided meditations, intuitive tarot or oracle exploration, and reflective writing, you'll become receptive to whatever may arise from someone who is no longer physically here—a loved one, ancestor, mentor, teacher, or even someone you never personally knew.

As part of the experience, you'll create a personal remembrance candle, drawing on the longstanding tradition of lighting candles for those who have died. In Día de los Muertos traditions, candlelight serves as a beacon, helping guide returning spirits home. Your candle becomes a personal expression of remembrance, connection, and whatever emerges for you during the workshop—something meaningful to take home and light in your own time.

This experience isn't about proving what lies beyond the veil, but creating space to become quiet, curious, and open to what you may receive.

No particular spiritual belief or previous experience with meditation, tarot, or intuitive practices is necessary.
Please bring a journal and pen.
