Energize Your Soles is an interactive movement experience designed to reconnect you to the foundation of your body: your feet. In this 60-minute workshop, Maria DelliVeneri, MS, LAT, ATC, will guide you through a practical exploration of foot function, awareness, and movement. Through guided walking, movement exploration, and sensory awareness drills, you’ll assess how your feet interact with the ground and how your body responds above them. Participants will then use balance domes and targeted foot release techniques to wake up the muscles, fascia, and sensory pathways of the feet.
Energize Your Soles offers practical tools and a completely new perspective on the foundation beneath you.
