This experiential somatic workshop is designed to cultivate your inner magic with a of blend experiential movement, mindset practices, and body-based rituals to help you attune to your authentic self and reconnect with your authentic inner knowing. You’ll be guided through practices to release, ground, energize, expand and connect to your innate inner power. You’ll close the journey by creating a personalized empowerment spell sachet filled with herbs and meaningful items attuned to your embodied experience, allowing you to carry your inner magic beyond the workshop. You will leave feeling more grounded, self-assured, and connected to your whole self.
