Samhain marks the moment when the veil between worlds grows thin. It is a time to honor what has passed, release what no longer serves, and listen for the wisdom waiting just beneath the surface.

Join Sharon Balsamo, LPC and Certified Breathwork Facilitator, for a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork ceremony designed to meet this threshold season. Through breath, we'll journey to the space between the seen and unseen, and connect with the love and guidance from our ancestors and spirit helpers.

Drawing on nearly two decades of clinical experience alongside years of leading ceremonies and retreats, Sharon holds a container that is both solid and profound, honoring your own wisdom without judgment or control. An intuitive, self-led practice, Conscious Connected Breathing is grounded enough for those new to Breathwork, and deep enough for those ready to go further. No prior Breathwork experience is necessary. Come as you are, ready to breathe, release, and remember.

Bring a yoga mat, journal, and optional item for our shared ancestor altar (for you to take home with you). Blankets, pillows, eye masks are also optional to bring to create a comfortable space for your body.
